We have been getting lots of complaints from customers who have purchased on eBay (or other auction/web sites) in regards to counterfeit products. To be sure that you're not buying a counterfeit product, we suggest you shop on our website or from one of our authorized distributors.

Do you offer wholesale accounts?

Yes, we offer wholesale prices only for Body Piercing Jewelry, Cosmetics and Hair and Beauty, rest of our products are best priced already. If you are a VAT Registered Company dealing with above products you can contact our customer service requesting to activate a wholesale account. To speed-up the process, please do the following:

    • 1) register on our web site,
    • 2) send to info@imaxshop.com an e-mail with:
      A) your "User ID" on I Max web site,
      B) a copy of your business license,
      C) full details of your company and company activity.

Wholesale Applications are reviewed within few business days of receipt. You may be requested to provide additional information to further qualify your application. What are your shipping fees?

We calculate your shipping fees according to our negotiated rates with UPS and other major shipping companies. We pass on our savings to you, our customer.

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm CET, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?

On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm CET, your package will not be shipped until after the weekend. When you place an order, you'll see several shipping options on the order page. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.

What countries do you ship to? What about duties and tax?

We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions). If you are located outside the EU (European Union), pay only listed price without VAT (Value Added Tax). If you are located in the EU and you are a registered company, supply your commercial VAT (Value Added Tax) identification number when placing your order so you will not pay VAT, otherwise you have to pay IT rate of VAT. Anyway when you get the parcel in your country you will not pay any tax or duty.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We can ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses if the selected shipping option is REGISTERED AIR MAIL, the weight of the parcel is below 2 kg. and the net value of the product purchased is below or equal to Eur. 150,00 net.

If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Yes. If you would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail immediately after your order is placed.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the secure server of our bank, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, simply send an e-mail to customer service, do it as soon as possible. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
