All the prices shown in this website and in our catalogs do not include VAT (Value Added Tax). There is no minimum order for internet orders. Phone orders are subject to a Minimum Order of Euro 50,00 net. Prices and offers can change without prior notice. Photos are not contractual.

Customers in Italy

If you are in Italy, VAT should be added to the prices according to the law.

Customers in the EU (European Union)

If you are a VAT-registered business, please provide your VAT identification number when ordering so that you do not pay VAT, otherwise you will have to pay the VAT rate of the country where the goods are delivered. In any case, when you receive the package, you will not pay any tax or duty.

Customers outside EU (European Union)

Pay only listed price without VAT (Value Added Tax). When receiving the parcel in your country your Customs may charge you your country import tax.

Credit Cards payment are performed via Secure Bank Server. We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

PayPal - Stripe - Nexi - Klarna

We accept payments through major payment providers such as Paypal, Stripe, Nexi and Klarna. Some of these providers also offer installment payments.

Bank Wire Transfer

You can pay by bank transfer. Follow the instructions in the order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently available only for a restricted number of customers in the EU. For more information on COD please contact customer service.


If you're a consumer (private individual), you have 14 days to return items from the date you receive them. To initiate a return, send us an email with your request, including the items you want to return. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For your return to be accepted, the items must be in their original, unused condition and properly packaged. We will refund the cost of the items, but not the shipping charges. This return policy is applicable for personal use only and does not cover professional or business use.

For business customers, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods to obtain return approval. Please note that we do not offer refunds for business customers; instead, items will be replaced. 

In both cases the right to withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

- If the product packaging has been tampered with or damaged by you.

- For custom-made or personalized items.

- When returning books, videos, DVDs, tattoo flash, drawings, worn piercing jewelry, opened ink bottles or sealed products that have been opened.

- If the items have been used.

Please note: the returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, a restock fee may occur on some returns.


All goods remain the property of the Seller until payment in full has been received. In case of non-payment or delayed payment late-payment interest shall be charged.


All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini, Italy.


In all cases of force majeure such as strikes, suspension of transport, etc.., or in case of accident, we will not be liable for any delay or non-execution of deliveries and we will have the option to terminate all or part of the contract or suspend or postpone the execution.
