Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you purchase as a private person "Consumer" for personal use I Max recognizes you the right of withdrawal as per current legislation. The Consumer may exercise this right within 14 days from receipt of goods by sending written communications to I MAX indicating items to be returned, the bank for reimbursement (Bank Name, Swift Code, IBAN) enclosing a copy of the original invoice and all the correspondence inside the return. The "Consumer" is required to return the goods received from I Max within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, meaning as the deadline when the merchandise is delivered to return to the post office or carrier. The costs and responsibility for the delivery of the returned items shall be borne by the buyer. The essential integrity of the commodity is a precondition for the exercise of the option of withdrawal. Returned items must be intact and sealed in their original packaging and repackaged properly. I Max will refund the buyer the amount paid without any interest earned. Expenses and shipping charges are excluded from reimbursement. The right of withdrawal is valid only for private person "Consumers" who purchases for personal use and not for business use. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers purchasing for purposes relating to their employment (eg, instrumental use, business use, resale, etc..) . The right of withdrawal is also excluded in the following cases: purchase of packaged goods, whose original package has been tampered with or damaged by the customer; purchase of tailor-made or personalized goods or which by their nature, can not be returned or risk deteriorate or expire rapidly; purchase of books, videos, DVDs, Tattoo Flash (flash books), designs, piercing jewelry that has been worn, inks where the bottle was opened. Returned items must not have been used in any way. This right shall lapse if you experience even one of the following case: damage of the product, in-store pick-up. If you purchase as a company for business use (eg, instrumental use, resale, etc..), in the case of returned goods, first of all e-mail, phone, fax our customer service dept., to obtain a return approval number. Requests must be made within 14 days from receipt of goods. No cash refunds can be made. Goods will be replaced with other articles of your choice. Returned goods have to be in their original conditions and packaging. Please note that the following items are not returnable or refundable for any reason: Videos, DVD, Books, Tattoo Flash, designs, piercing jewelry that has been worn, inks where the bottle was opened. After authorization, the merchandise that meets the following criteria may be returned, transportation prepaid by the customer:
- The returned item must not have been used in any way, must be incorporated in original condition and repackaged in their original packaging.
- Enclose a copy of the invoice, together with a list of returned merchandise and clearly indicate the list of products required to replace.
- Goods returned will be replaced with other items. No cash refunds. We do not accept returns for audio-visual, DVD, books, cards tattoo designs (flash books).
Please note: a restock fee may occur on some returns.
All goods remain the property of the Seller until payment in full has been received. In case of non-payment or delayed payment late-payment interest shall be charged.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini, Italy.
In all cases of force majeure such as strikes, suspension of transport, etc.., or in case of accident, we will not be liable for any delay or non-execution of deliveries and we will have the option to terminate all or part of the contract or suspend or postpone the execution
