Like all other Critical Tattoo Power Units, the XRR is also built in Reno, Nevada, USA. The full color TFT display with adjustable color scheme and easy-to-read fonts is encased in a CNC machined aluminum housing. The original Amphenol connections promise the highest quality and guarantee secure hold of your plugs, perfect flow of current and a particularly high degree of durability. With the Critical XRR you have the possibility to adjust your tattoo machine precisely in 0.1V steps. The adjustable working range from zero to 18V offers enough space for any type of tattoo machine. The "Capacitive Touch" user interface completes the stylish design. You can connect two machines at the same time and switch on the jump-start function individually for each machine location. This feature is useful, for example, when working with some Cheyenne machines, without having to use additional startup cables. Jump-start function and continuous operation function can be individually set to preset or later, on output buttons. Furthermore, as in the past, there is the possibility to save 2, 4 or 6 voltage settings and a non-volatile memory keeps all settings even after switching off. The display can be customized to your needs. Volt, Ampere, Hertz, Duty Cycle (%) and STL (Settle) display tell you the exact operating condition of your machine. The session meter stops the time and calculates the price of the session based on the artist's hourly rate, and with the built-in clock, you always keep track of the time. The new mount design now gives you even more options to attach your XRR as it is most comfortable for you. Also with this power unit a pedal override button is installed again. This feature eliminates the need for the footswitch. If you prefer to work with a footswitch but you are annoyed by the many cables, you get with the Cordless Foot Switch by Critical a whole new sense of freedom. The handy design lets you get your Critical XRR in seconds in Bootle Bags and is therefore protected against cross-contamination.
